Location: Remote or Hybrid (Europe or United States) we have offices in Toulouse, Paris, Madrid 

Reports to: CEO

Experience: 7+ years

Languages: Bilingual English-French (native-level English). A third language is a strong plus.

Package: $70k to $140k total (fixed + variable tied to BU revenue)

Why this role exists

Search just changed the rules. Again. AI engines now build their answers from real conversations, and Reddit is where those conversations happen. Invisible brands don't survive the AI era.

Getfluence is the Off-Site SEO and GEO Authority OS: a B2B marketplace trusted by +2,500 international clients, with +70,000 vetted medias, built for netlinking, branded content and AI mentions.

Getfluence has acquired a specialized Reddit agency with an existing client base and proven operational know-how. Community is not a side project. It is a strategic new business unit that we intend to turn into a flagship offer, supported by our teams. It needs an owner.

The role

You take command of the Community Offer. You are not starting from zero: the BU comes with existing clients, a proven methodology, real use cases and operational expertise. Your job is to scale it. You own the revenue and the day-to-day activity: you sharpen the offer, price it, sell it, and grow the production engine that delivers it. You lead a production team of 1 to 2 people and expand it with the business. You report directly to the CEO.

This is an entrepreneurial role with a clear trajectory: as the BU scales, the role grows into full P&L ownership and general management.

Your first 12 months

• Accelerate the commercial offer. Sharpen packaging and pricing, run the go-to-market. Grow the existing client base and open cross-sell across Getfluence's +3,000 international clients.

• Own the revenue target. You carry the BU number and run the activity: inbound, outbound, pipeline, delivery, margin indicators.

• Structure production. Processes, quality standards and the capacity to deliver Reddit campaigns at scale.

• Build the team. Manage and grow the production team.

Who you are

• 7+ years in business roles (agency, adtech, SEO/content or digital services) with real commercial ownership.

• You have sold and delivered services, not just managed them. You know what a margin looks like.

• Experience running Reddit, community or UGC campaigns is a strong plus. Deep digital and GEO culture is a must.

• You have managed small teams and shipped operational processes that hold at scale.

• Bilingual English-French, with native-level English (non-negotiable). A third language (Spanish, Portuguese, German) is a real plus.

• Entrepreneurial. You build, you decide, you deliver.
