Join Be-Ys Product team to help building innovative solutions for the digital trust ecosystem and manage multiple customer projects accross Europe.

Based in our office in Paris you will 

• Take on the leadership of a product within a team and ensure the implementation of good practices, a strong product culture and get stakeholders to adhere to our initiatives

• Develop user knowledge in collaboration with the UX/UI Designer, the Ecosystem Manager, the Innovation department and the Sales team

• Bring the short and medium term vision of the internal tools as well as a strategy to implement it

• Define and manage the development of the product by writing User Stories and ensuring their follow-up with PO and Tech teams

• Communicate regularly on the progress of the realization of the product and your roadmap

• Be responsible for the product quality and responsible for the product KPIs to measure impacts

• Animate the team by participating in Agile ceremonies, encouraging the spirit of collaboration

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager

• At ease with Agile and Lean methodologies within a company

• Ability to prioritize topics and meet deadlines

• In-depth technical knowledge to take part in technical decisions

• Strong sense of User Experience and attention to detail

• Experience in the digital trust ecosystem is a plus

• Fluent level of English
