As a Product Manager for the Activation squad, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives to effectively attract and engage our target audience. You will focus on discovering new opportunities to improve the conversion of each acquisition channel by working on activating this traffic across different funnels.
For the first, 6 months you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of different brands driving initiatives that effectively streamline this crucial aspect of our platform's expansion. You will work to enhanced user experience across different channels and touch points.
Main Responsibilities:
Prioritize product features and initiatives in the roadmap based on their business impact, added value for the customer, and associated tech effort.
Define and analyze key performance indicators to assess product success and inform future decisions.
In close collaboration with a Designer and the tech team, you are responsible for successfully managing the discovery process for all initiatives from the roadmap to delivery, including user research, market analysis, priorization, ideation & iterations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure proper adoption of our product by customers and users.
Skills and Qualifications required:
Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
Proven ability to develop successful products that meet customer needs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Language skills: Fluent in English AND French minimum.
