As part of its continued growth, the company is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to sit at the strategic intersection of product, marketing, and customer insight.
This role will cover both established core products and new product launches, with significant exposure to Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
The Role
The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer insight. You will shape positioning, drive launches, and ensure strong alignment between product strategy and market execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Voice of the Customer
Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and analyze behavioral data
Identify needs, pain points, motivations, and adoption drivers
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing
2. Competitive & Market Intelligence
Monitor and analyze competitors (positioning, pricing, messaging, launches)
Identify differentiation opportunities and market gaps
Contribute to strategic product and marketing decisions
3. Positioning, Messaging & Go-To-Market Execution
Own and refine product positioning and value propositions
Develop compelling messaging frameworks across channels
Produce high-impact marketing briefs and content (website, email, campaigns)
Lead or contribute to end-to-end Go-To-Market plans, including coordination with different stakeholders, including marketing execution teams, compliance and sales teams
Ensure consistency between product capabilities, messaging, and distribution channels
4. Product Partnership
Work closely with product teams across the lifecycle
Bring a customer and market perspective into roadmap discussions
Support optimization of existing products and successful launches of new ones
Profile
3 years min of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment
Proven track record working across multiple products, including successful product launches
Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 minimum)
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth, evolving organization
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, investment, or trading environments
Exposure to performance-driven, data-centric cultures
