We are a fast growing, customer-focused OMS SaaS Retail Tech company with > 60 clients. Our innovative software suite allows omnichannel brands & distributors to unify their stock (stores, warehouses, suppliers…), provide an accurate real-time delivery promise, and fulfil orders from every stock point. In 2021 we received a significant investment from the European Private Equity firm Silverfleet to further accelerate our growth.
In order to support our expansion, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager based in France or in the UK (Toulouse, Paris or London).
This person will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by reworking our positioning and messaging, developing effective go-to-market strategies, creating on all types of collaterals (videos, web, infographics) that will help our Enterprise prospect better understand the unique selling points of our solution. Collaborating closely with both the marketing, sales, presales and product teams, this person will report to our Chief of Marketing..
What You will Do:
Positioning and messaging: you’ll become our marketing retail expert, identify opportunities, trends, customer needs, and craft compelling messaging to interest and to convert our audience
Personas: you’ll create, and update target personas based on research and contribute to the creation of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) profiles. You’ll identify most important drivers, pains and gains per persona. You’ll interview customers and prospects in order to have a clear view on market drivers. You’ll share this knowledge with SDR and lead gen teams in order to help them have more customized messaging and sequences
Support content team in their effort to elevate our messaging to a more enterprise, tech-savy audience: you’ll produce high-quality content (from blogs to white papers or videos), and you’ll guide our designer in creating visual assets such as infographics
Product launches: develop strategies for launching new products & features and manage the launch process, ensuring successful execution
Data & analytics: you’ll lead the marketing efforts to better use data from our BI Suite for a more effective communication.
Drive communication on Sustainability, one of the main development axes of OneStock’s strategy
Drive research work: Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative researches to understand customer needs and translate findings into actionable insights
In addition, you ‘ll be also responsible for competition analysis, win Loss analysis, analysts relationship, pricing strategy and sales enablement
Your profile:
+5 years of experience in b2b product marketing management, preferably in tech or SaaS
Experience in the retail industry is a strong plus
Strong communication, and project management skills
Focus on product improvement & development with a data-driven mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English at a native level
