Product Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

YesWeHack is a leading Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Management Platform. Founded by ethical hackers in 2015, YesWeHack connects organisations worldwide to tens of thousands of ethical hackers, who uncover vulnerabilities in websites, mobile apps, connected devices and digital infrastructure.

The YesWeHack platform offers a range of integrated, API-based solutions: Bug Bounty (crowdsourcing vulnerability discovery); Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (creating and managing a secure channel for external vulnerability reporting); Pentest Management (managing pentest reports from all sources); Attack Surface Management (continuously mapping online exposure and detecting attack vectors); and ‘Dojo’ and YesWeHackEDU (ethical hacking training).

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity) with a proactive approach. Your role is to highlight the value of the products propositions and define the messages that will generate interest and adoption. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the positioning of our offers.

This role could be based in one of our 3 offices in Paris, Rennes or Rouen with flexibility for remote work.

At YesWeHack, the ‘Product’ is a transversal and key activity, in close collaboration with all of the platform’s stakeholders.

• Lead efforts to market our product to our clients by deeply understanding their needs and use cases as well as YWH products and technology

• Create and deliver product demos to illustrate YWH capabilities, differentiators, and benefits.

• Working with the marketing team to create materials that highlight product features and benefits.

• Create technical product marketing materials, including videos, white papers, presentations, web content, and more.

• Maintain resources for our clients: User Guides, help center.

• Work with customers and partners to understand their needs and illustrate product capabilities and value.

• Present in webinars and other public event forums to evangelise product capabilities and customer value.

• Conduct sales enablement sessions to help our sales teams understand YWH Products and how to position it effectively.

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in technical product marketing, technical product management, sales engineering, or similar roles

• experience and background is Cybersecurity is a huge plus.

• Experience in enterprise software markets.

• Strong communications skills, you can explain complex concepts clearly for a variety of audiences.

• You are able to successfully build relationships and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams

• You have the ability to blend strategic thinking with creative execution.

• You possess excellent organisational skills and strong follow-through

• You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.

• Your inherent drive and self-starter attitude motivates you to achieve success.

• Fluent English, French is a plus, position based in France or United Kingdom.
