Product & Test Engineer F/H

Asygn is an ASIC design house of 30 people which provides system solutions for industrial consumer and automotive applications in RF and inertial sensors fields. Products such as analog front-end chips, boards and software are developed for data acquisition purpose.
Our flagship product AS321X is a Battery-less Sensing Chip included in demonstration tags which enable wireless and low consumption data acquisition by UHF RFID.

For its Product Development team, ASYGN is looking for a Senior Product and Test Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of all related PTE deliverables, ensuring the quality, cost and timing will meet the requirements. The scope of work covers IC characterization and qualification. You will work in close collaboration with ASYGN's Test House partners, with the program managers and other team members (architects, analog & digital designers, application and lab engineers).
Your responsibilities:

• Together with DFT architects and project core team, you will analyze device content and specification to create IC validation plan and mass production test strategy
• You will operate as the main interface to ASYGN's Test House partners
• You will conduct IC product compliance analysis, reporting and suggest optimizations
• You will be responsible for driving PTE activities according to standard processes and releasing high quality deliverables on time for each project gate.

• Familiar with mixed-signal IC validation and qualification
• Deep knowledge in analog characterization, microelectronic processes and IC packages
• Experienced in developing analog mixed-signal ATE and reliability test solutions
• Deep knowledge in statistics
• Expertise in production environment as well as quality customer incident management
• Reactive mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Effective communication to management and team members (both verbal and written)
• Team player with strong project management skills
