Le poste

To replace a maternity leave, we are looking for a Production Quality Assurance Manager.

Your role : 🔎

As Supply Chain & Production Quality Manager in the context of building our industrial organization, you will play a major role in the deployment of our processes, our procedures and will be responsible for their proper application on the site.

In this development phase, your role will be key to ensuring compliance with quality requirements at all operational levels, from product reception to aircraft assembly and testing. You will work in interface with the production, testing, engineering and purchasing / supply chain functions.

Reporting hierarchically to the Production Department, you represent the Quality function on your site and functionally report to the Quality Department.


Your main responsibilities will be : 

  • Organize and carry out the reception control of aircraft parts (Composites, Mechanical parts, welded, COTS and standard), in conjunction with engineering and the supply chain

  • Monitor the correct application of the “manufacturing and conformity plan” of the ATEA demonstrator

  • Ensure the reception and metrological monitoring of control tools

  • Report and process supplier non-conformities and internal non-conformities.

  • Manage causal analyses of Non-Conformities or Malfunctions


Where do we stand?

You will be entering the team during a crucial part of our development. Full scale testbenches are ongoing while full scale aircraft development is running at full speed with many issues to tackle regarding communications networks and associated developments.

Profil recherché

The job has been made for you if you have : 🛠

  • BAC+2/+5  in Quality assurance, mechanics

  • Good understanding of production environment

  • 2 years of experience minimum in quality assurance  in an aeronautical production environment.

  • Rigor, autonomy, integrity and team spirit are key for this mission

  • Intermediate English level is a plus 

  • Knowing Aeronautical norms is a plus ( EN9100, Part 21G…)

  • Possibility of travel up to 1 day/week
