Missions:
Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks
Facilitate effective communication and alignment among all program stakeholders
Develop, monitor, and update business cases to ensure strategic objectives are met
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure smooth execution
Track program progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Support decision-making processes with accurate reporting and documentation
Promote best practices in program management and continuous improvement
Maintain program assets as the Academy, the project plans,
About you:
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the financial or insurance sector
Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and business case development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Prince 2 or MSP are highly desirable
Experience in digital transformation or identity management projects is a plus
Technical skills
Program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello for planning and tracking
Collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Confluence for communication and documentation
Risk management and reporting tools, possibly including Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and possibly some familiarity with identity management solutions
Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
Familiarity with financial modelling and business case tools is also advantageous
Soft skills / transversal skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Leadership and influencing abilities to drive program alignment and momentum
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
