🔧 Your Missions:
Product Vision: Own and shape the e-commerce roadmap 🧱
Project Management: Plan, run and follow up sprints and deadlines 📅
Specifications: Write clear specs, frame features, monitor delivery ✍️
Coordination: Drive the day-to-day of the project team (dev, design, QA…) 👥
Communication: Act as the key point between client, product, tech and sales 📢
Performance: Track KPIs, challenge the status quo, propose impactful solutions 🎯
Ownership: Take full charge of delivery with autonomy and accountability 💪
💻 Our Environment
Custom e-commerce product (no CMS)
Internal product + tech team (React / Node)
Agile process (Kanban or 1-week sprints)
Strong product mindset + high level of independence
🎓 Must-Haves
Proven experience managing digital products end to end
Background in e-commerce or similar fast-paced environments
Comfortable with tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, Figma, Slack…
Organized, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills
Confident in prioritizing, making trade-offs and owning delivery
Language: French (native) and/or English (professional)

Strategic vision + eye for detail
Tech-savvy mindset (even if you don’t code)
Startup / scale-up background is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tracks in parallel efficiently

You’ll be working closely with the CTO, the founders and the tech/product teams to grow a high-impact project 🚀
You’ll own a broad scope, with real autonomy and a central role in delivery success. You’ll lead the product cadence, client communications, and project operations.
