The German site Bertin GmbH, located in Frankfurt a.M. for 40 years, specializes in the development, production and maintenance of measuring devices for ionizing radiation. Our products for radioactivity measurement networks, radon measurement devices and other radiation measurement technology are used worldwide by industry, research and authorities, among others.

For our office in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Project Manager.

As part of our Project and Service team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Driving projects from the offer phase through to final acceptance

• Technical sales support for the preparation of quotations

• Project planning (preparation of schedules, etc.)

• Project coordination between Customer, Procurement, Production, and Development

• Performing Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT)

• Conducting customer visits worldwide

• Managing the full project lifecycle in the ERP system

• Ensuring compliance with project controlling requirements (e.g., margin targets)

• Supporting the planning, production, and service of project-specific custom-made systems

• Conducting customer training

• Preparation of documentation

• Supporting Product Management and tender preparation

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Medical Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

You have the following to offer:

• Very good technical understanding

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to travel

• Independent and responsible work

• Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

• Deeper knowledge of ionising radiation helpful

• Fluent German and English skills necessary

• Driving Licence Class B
