Leonardo Belgium is seeking a Project Manager - Learning & Development to support a prestigious European institution at the forefront of global diplomatic strategy. You will join a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) division responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive training programs that strengthen institutional excellence across all organizational levels and locations.

This role offers an opportunity to manage complex corporate training programs in an international context, from conception to delivery, while contributing to the continuous evolution of learning strategies and digital tools.

As Project Manager – Learning & Development, you will play a key role in the preparation, planning, execution, and reporting of institutional training programs. Under the supervision of the Head of Sector, you will:

• Manage the full lifecycle of recurrent training programs, from design and planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting;

• Coordinate and deliver training programs on management development, communication skills, mentoring, writing, languages, and other L&D activities;

• Estimate timing, cost, and resources for upcoming training initiatives, including those linked to new corporate learning tools;

• Maintain and update a centralized repository of documentation and training materials using OpenText or similar tools;

• Manage relevant functional mailboxes and ensure smooth internal communication across stakeholders;

• Prepare and analyze L&D metrics and reports (including data visualizations using tools like Qlik Sense or similar);

• Support the annual Training Plans and Training Reports for different organizational entities;

• Identify risks or deviations in project timelines or resources and propose corrective actions;

• Contribute to policy briefs, strategic L&D planning, and the integration of new technologies such as online and e-learning platforms.

Experience - Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management;

• Proven background in Learning & Development projects;

• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content creation and evaluation;

• Experience managing remote and online training initiatives.

Hard Skills

• Strong command of project management tools (ServiceNow or similar);

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Qlik Sense);

• Familiarity with corporate training platforms and e-learning technologies;

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting abilities;

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English (other EU languages are an asset).
