The Project Manager (PM) plans, manages and monitors (medium and long term) projects from initiation to delivery, in consultation with the client and internal/external stakeholders and translates the requirements of the internal/external client taking into account (departmental and) business objectives into concrete deliverables to deliver the project within timing, scope, budget and quality.

Has an analytical ability to translate complexity into deliverables. Has practical experience with project management/business processes. Has specific knowledge of procedures, tools, techniques and/or legislation and regulations. Is able to adapt the management and interaction style in function of the type of project, the situation and expectations of the stakeholders. Is able to alternate between helicopter view and detailed follow-up (deep-dive). Is able to detect areas for process improvement. Is able to understand and apply customer centricity (always thinking and adapting from the perspective of the internal/external customer). Is able to work in and adapt to rapidly changing environments (agile, markets, technologies, ...).
