As a Marine Environment Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate a wide range of offshore, port, coastal, and industrial development projects, on an international scale.
You will be responsible for guiding and implementing environmental and HSE standards across all project phases — from feasibility and impact assessment to execution and monitoring — ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations and best industry practices.
Your role includes acting as the main point of contact for clients, steering multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the technical and regulatory deliverables, You will also play a key role in orienting and expanding the company’s international and offshore activities, particularly in connection with industry, renewable marine energy, and port infrastructure sectors.
You will participate in short-term fieldwork missions at sea or on the coast, support business development with the preparation of bids and technical proposals for public and private clients.
With a Master or PhD degree and 10 to 15 years of professional experience, you have already proven your ability to deliver high quality environmental studies, conduct offshore field missions, manage complex international projects, experienced in applying HSE standards and deliver high quality scientific reporting.
Throughout your career, you have demonstrated a strong ability to engage the client, lead projects both transversally and operationally. Your scientific writing skills, knowledge of marine ecosystems, and analytical mindset are key assets to your success.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
