We are currently looking for Bertin Exensor, the Sweeden subsidiary of Bertin Technologies a Quality Engineer!

Bertin Exensor is facing a fantastic growth journey and is therefore creating new positions to strengthen the organization. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who has a great interest in working with processes and procedures, is structured, service-oriented and has good communication skills. When the organization grows as fast as we do, it requires that our processes and procedures are stable, up-to-date and followed by the staff.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordination and application of processes, procedures and templates, communicating and supporting other colleagues, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards, and contributing to the development of quality work in the company, to achieve our quality objectives.

You will, among other things, work with deviation management, quality control of finished products and components, follow-up of key figures, documentation management and audits in close cooperation with production, technology and service in Lund and the production in Basingstoke in England.

Furthermore, you will participate in the harmonization of our management system (QMS) with the group’s management system (QSEMS), develop, renew and improve our processes, as well as follow-up with involved stakeholders.

Main tasks:

• Responsible for deviation management, from registration, follow-up of actions, to closure of the deviations

• Convene and coordinate non-conformities through meetings with relevant stakeholders

• Responsible for and perform visual quality checks on products and components

• Ensure correct application of processes, procedures and templates

• Coordinate the quality and improvement work

• Monitor safety, quality, environmental and supplier key performance indicators

• Actively participate in internal and external audits

• Register the release of software versions to England in collaboration with Engineering team

You report to the Quality Manager. The position is based in Lund, and is time-limited to 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Your profile

We are looking for a person with at least a couple of years of experience of working with quality and quality management systems, based on ISO 9001, preferably both administratively and practically closely linked to production and electronics manufacturing. You probably have a technical interest and are used to supporting colleagues in the quality area. You have experience with various quality tools or Lean manufacturing. Experience in environmental and sustainability issues or ISO 14001 would be an advantage.
