To help us achieve our performance objectives, our ambition is continuing and we are strengthening our teams within the "Bertin Nuclear" division, which specialises in solutions for radiation measurement and radiation protection. So join us and become our new R&D Engineering Director (F/M)
In a context of integration between the French and Czech entities, you will be responsible for the management of the R&D team of Bertin instruments (France) composed of R&D engineers as well as three separate design offices: Mechanics, Electronics/Firmware and Nuclear Physics.
Your main missions are as follows:
Managing the Service and the current activity:
Provide technical support to the electronic expertise of the Electronics/software design office to deliver projects
Staffing client projects
Ensure regulatory compliance of products sold – Ensure the upgrade of the obsolescence of products sold
Maintenance of a healthy social climate and development of employees (competence, autonomy and commitment) in partnership with HR in accordance with the group's values (courage, team spirit, talent and trust)
Taking charge of customer projects requiring reinforced management and control:
Support our production site in the technical resolution of problems encountered, particularly in electronics, in particular on the basis of lean problem solving methods (RCA, A3, 8D, etc.)
Securing our new product developments
Managing performance (safety, deadlines, quality, costs, staffing)
Frequent travel to our various locations in France and abroad is to be expected.
Do you have at least 10 years of experience in the nuclear field (or at least in an environment with similar constraints)?
Have you acquired solid managerial experience, working with multidisciplinary teams?
Are you recognized for your leadership ?
Do you have solid skills in electronics?
Do you have a fluent level of English that will allow you to evolve in our international context?
