Mouratoglou Tennis Center Noblesville is a brand-new, world-class racquet sports destination featuring six tennis courts, six padel courts, and two pickleball courts.

As our Front Desk Associate, you are the heartbeat of the club, the first smile members and guests see and the steady hand that keeps their experience seamless. We’re looking for someone who can deliver five-star hospitality while helping build a genuine, tight-knit community among our members.

Job description

  • Welcome members and guests with warmth, polish, and genuine attentiveness, setting the tone for a premium club experience

  • Manage court reservations and scheduling across tennis, padel, and pickleball with precision and care

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on club programming, lessons, leagues, memberships, and events

  • Process court fees, retail sales, and rentals accurately and efficiently

  • Keep the lobby, front desk, and member lounge areas immaculate and inviting at all times

  • Coordinate closely with coaches, pros, and facilities staff to anticipate member needs and resolve issues gracefully

  • Help foster a sense of belonging, learning member names, preferences, and building lasting relationships

  • Support tournaments, clinics, socials, and member events with a high level of hospitality

  • Uphold club standards and etiquette with a friendly, member-first approach

  • Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting

Profile

  • Polished, professional presence with genuine warmth and interpersonal skill

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, private club, or high-end customer service preferred

  • Comfortable with booking/scheduling software and point-of-sale systems (training provided)

  • Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic, member-facing environment

  • Passion for racquet sports and community-building a strong plus

  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to stand/sit at a front desk for extended periods

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
