Join our dynamic team as a Record Management Consultant and play a key role in enhancing the quality and compliance of document and records management practices. On behalf of a major European administration located in Luxembourg, we are recruiting experienced records management consultants with the following profile:
Proven experience in records, information, or document management within a ministerial or public sector environment
Proficiency in using document management systems for identification, classification, registration, filing, retention, and preservation of both physical and electronic documents
Sound knowledge of standard archiving practices and international norms, particularly ISO 15489
Ability to provide helpdesk support and user assistance to ensure the effective implementation and use of records management systems and policies
Skills Required
Education: Master’s degree in Archives, Information Management, or Document Management
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an operational role within archives and/or records management (including relevant internships or apprenticeships)
Language Skills
Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Computer & Soft Skills
Expertise in SharePoint, M365, and document management systems
Excellent knowledge of archiving practices and standards (ISO 15489)
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and professional integrity
Service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, accurate, and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong team spirit in a multicultural environment
Contract Details
Location: Luxembourg
Contract: Fixed-term (4 months), from September to December
Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
