About the Position

Are you a dynamic and motivated professional, passionate about talent acquisition and possessing expertise in recruitment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a highly motivated permanent recruiter to join our recruitment agency and play a key role in our Data & Platform team.

The Role

As a permanent recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for sourcing, contacting, and qualifying candidates to meet our clients’ recruitment needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of the positions and present the best talents. Your main objective will be to provide a selection of qualified candidates who match our clients’ needs in the fields of data management, analytics, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social networks, and direct sourcing techniques.

  • Contact potential candidates and conduct phone screenings to assess their interest and suitability for available positions.

  • Qualify candidates by gathering detailed information about their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the positions to be filled.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, specific job requirements, and team dynamics.

  • Present qualified candidates to managers for further evaluations and interviews with clients.

  • Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, document collection, and initial onboarding.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • You speak French or Dutch and English.

  • You are comfortable on the phone with a strong ability to build rapport.

  • You are ambitious, dynamic, and able to handle stress and challenges well.

  • Knowledge of data management, analytics, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate.

  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  • Networking skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
