Project Scope
Deliver end-to-end IT Talent Acquisition services directly to clients while meeting tight deadlines, service levels, and recruitment targets.
Source candidates through various channels, sourcing tools, and recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
Advise candidates on career opportunities, career progression, as well as legal and financial aspects related to employment.
Support Sales teams by providing market analysis on IT talent trends, availability, and capacity.
Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline performance, and prepare regular reports against defined objectives.
Requirements
1 - 3 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition.
Previous experience in a consulting, recruitment, or staffing agency environment.
Experience recruiting Software, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity profiles.
Strong understanding of the IT market, technologies, and technical roles.
Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and adapt sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency (C1 minimum) is mandatory; any additional European language is a plus.
