Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable certification expérimenté(e) -nouveau TC, en CDI.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique, votre mission principale consistera à piloter opérationnellement la définition et la consolidation de la Preliminary Certification Basis et du Certification Programme (PAC-level) pour un nouveau programme avion CS-25, en collaboration avec notre Expert Certification muliti-metier.

Responsabilités principales
Élaborer et maintenir la Preliminary Certification Basis (civil/militaire), incluant :

-        Les CS applicables,

-        Les Special Conditions, ESF, CRI (préliminaires),

-        Les hypothèses de certification.

Structurer et mettre à jour le Certification Programme (PAC-level).

Préparer les supports techniques pour les échanges PAC avec l’EASA.
Assurer la cohérence entre :

-        Certification Basis,

-        FHA avion,

-        plans ARP4754B.

Contribuer à la préparation du jalon Concept Review et à la planification des activités

Encadrer une équipe de 2 à 5 personnes.

Profil recherché
Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 15 ans dont une partie sur de la certification initiale d’aeronef sous CS-25
Vous maîtrisez les exigences techniques et réglementaires (EASA Part 21, CS-25, ARP4754B : interfaces développement, ARP4761 : interfaces safety).

Compétences recherchées
- Définition de Preliminary Certification Basis
- Elaboration et pilotage du Certification Programme (PAC-level)
- Définition des Means of Compliance (stratégie, niveau concept)

- Gouvernance des hypothèses et open points
- Structuration de bases de certification.

- Pilotage opérationnel de programmes de certification.

Rémunération : à partir de 90K€ annuel, étudiée en fonction de l’expérience et du profil

Job Description

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Experienced Certification Manager – New TC on a permanent position (CDI).

Reporting to the Technical Management, your main mission will be to operationally lead the definition and consolidation of the Preliminary Certification Basis and the Certification Programme (PAC-level) for a new CS-25 aircraft program, in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary Certification Expert.

Main Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain the Preliminary Certification Basis (civil/military), including:

o   Applicable CS,

o   Special Conditions, ESF, preliminary CRI,

o   Certification assumptions;

·        Structure and update the Certification Programme (PAC-level);

·        Prepare technical material for PAC discussions with EASA;

·        Ensure consistency between:

o   Certification Basis,

o   Aircraft-level FHA,

o   ARP4754B plans;

·        Contribute to the preparation of the Concept Review milestone and to activity planning;

·        Lead and supervise a team of 2 to 5 people.

Profile Sought
You have at least 15 years of proven experience, including experience in initial aircraft certification under CS-25.
 You have strong command of technical and regulatory requirements (EASA Part 21, CS-25, ARP4754B for development interfaces, ARP4761 for safety interfaces).

Required Skills

·        Definition of the Preliminary Certification Basis;

·        Development and management of the Certification Programme (PAC-level);

·        Definition of Means of Compliance (strategy, conceptual level);

·        Governance of certification assumptions and open points;

·        Structuring of certification bases;

·        Operational leadership of certification programs.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone with:

·        Leadership & proactivity: proactive and solution-oriented, able to unite and lead multidisciplinary teams;

·        Rigor & autonomy: organized, methodical, with strong critical thinking and results-oriented;

·        Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable with all project stakeholders, with the ability to formalize and defend positions in discussions with the Authority;

·        Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Location : Hybrid – South of France

Compensation : Starting from 90K€ per year, Compensation will be determined based on experience and profile.
