Change the face of robotics with us!
Enchanted Tools / Changing the face of robotics
At Enchanted Tools, we are bringing a new generation of robots to life.
Combining world-class engineering expertise and the power of imagination, we plan to make everyone’s life better with robotic characters. Our robots can glide, grasp and interact with their environment, tackling concrete issues and needs.
Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product Design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.
We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant, and selling our robots globally. We built a whole ecosystem and rely on well-established partnerships to achieve our ambitious projects. We are looking for passionate, creative and curious experts to join us.
Why you should join us:
You will have a unique opportunity to work on next-gen robots, cracking technological lockers of interaction, grasping, and navigation;
You will be an early player of a super ambitious and fast-growing adventure, that proved its ability to turn dreams into reality;
Our team are all experts in their field, coming from diverse and international backgrounds
As a Field Robotics Operator, you are the technical heart of our US-facing demo and partner enablement operations. You’ll ensure smooth, tailored live demos; debug and prep robots on-site; and support the Sales team with a calm, empathetic and curious mindset.
You’ll travel, operate mostly autonomously, and become a go-to person for robot behaviour, client education, and technical reliability.
🔧 Technical Competence
Confident in Linux-based environments (SSH into the robot, navigate logs, reboot services).
Solid grasp of Python to read/modify behaviour scripts and debug live.
Understand basic robot hardware architecture (identify sensor/cable issues, hardware vs. software).
Can work with our web interface and create new behaviours, timings, or micro-prompts.
Knows how to run diagnostics and rollback/patch robot builds when needed.
🎭 Demo & Interaction Skills
Treats the robot like a puppet or avatar: understands timing, emotional flow, and storytelling.
Anticipates human reactions and triggers the right robot gestures/emotions at the right time.
Writes or prepares short scripts/prompts depending on client context.
Can field technical questions from clients.
🤝 Sales Support & Client-Facing Presence
Partner with sales executives in live demos and early technical discovery.
Onboards clients and customises the robot’s behaviour to their needs.
Gathers insights from usage or questions and feeds them back to the product/dev teams.
Comfortable with medium-stakes interactions: investor meetings, events, partner trainings.
🧭 Ideal Background
Robotics grads (MS/MEng) with internship or early experience in demo or product deployment
Solid Python coder
Startup engineers who were “face of the tech” in early client meetings
AR/VR/Drones or Field Application Engineers who enjoy real-time human-machine interaction
Tech-savvy performers who want purpose-driven robotics work
✨ Nice-to-Have Traits
Reads C++ (not mandatory, but helpful to pinpoint issues across the stack)
Knows basic hardware tools (can check voltage, reconnect sensors, verify joints)
Prior demo experience on-stage, in booths, or with clients
French is a small bonus, but not required
This is the right role for you today if:
You like building structures and thrive in booming environments.
It’s precisely because we’re not over-processed that we’ve been able to stay creative and innovative and deliver a unique prototype in just one year.
What happens once you apply?
We’re committed to getting back to you within a week. If the answer is negative this time, please reach out again as each position has different challenges and needs a different kind of skillset.
If it’s a yes, the process begins:
A 30-minute introductory call with a recruiter
A 45-minute technical interview with the manager
A practical case study (optional)
A final 45-minute interview with our Head of Human Resources
These interviews can be conducted entirely via video call, but we warmly invite you to visit your potential future colleagues, the Mirokaï, in our Paris office!
