At Enchanted Tools, we are bringing a new generation of robots to life.
Combining world-class engineering expertise and the power of imagination, we plan to make everyone’s life better with robotic characters. Our robots can glide, grasp and interact with their environment, tackling concrete issues and needs.

Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product Design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.

We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant, and selling our robots globally. Job description

  • Build the product roadmap: Define priorities based on customer needs, market opportunities, and technical constraints while ensuring execution aligns with business objectives.

  • Write functional specifications and define scopes: Translate user and business needs into concrete solutions by precisely defining the features to be developed and setting clear boundaries to ensure effective execution.

  • Drive product development: Manage the evolution of part of the product portfolio, from design to deployment, by collaborating with R&D, Industrialization, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.

  • Leverage customer insights: Analyze customer feedback, market data, and trends to continuously improve the product in collaboration with the UX Research team.

  • Optimize the user experience: Work closely with the UX design team to ensure an intuitive, high-performing product.

  • Coordinate cross-functional actions: Collaborate with various teams (tech, business, customer support) to ensure a smooth and coherent deployment.

  • Manage constraints and trade-offs: Identify priority conflicts and risks, and propose suitable solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget product delivery.

  • Define and track product KPIs: Establish measurable objectives to monitor product performance and adjust strategy if needed.

  • Ensure product quality: Make sure every new feature or iteration meets high robustness, performance, and user experience standards. Work with QA, R&D, and UX teams to continuously test and improve the product.

  • Define and implement tools and methods: Optimize project organization, structure cross-team collaboration, and improve product management processes.

Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with technological products (hardware, IoT, SaaS, AI, etc.).

  • Experience in product roadmap management, specification definition, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong proficiency in project management and related tools (Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, etc.).

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and navigate between R&D, Industrialization, UX, Marketing, and Business.

  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams and influence decisions.

  • Strong sensitivity to product quality, working closely with QA and technical teams.

  • Awareness of AI and product development, with a hardware component.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Design, Business, or equivalent.

  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or tech industry environment is a plus.

  • Fluent in French, professional proficiency in English required.
