Are you a skilled sales professional with a knack for building lasting relationships? Our recruitment agency represents a leading company in the industrial sector seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (m/f/d). Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial sector.

  • Identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Report to Sales Manager.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in sales or account management, ideally in the industrial sector.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential.
