Samboat is looking for a sales administration assistant to help their clients organizing their holidays on board.
The tasks:
Manage the booking confirmations and travel arrangements
Administration management from the booking until the end of the holidays
Phone and Email reception of our clients about the follow-up of their files (BtoC)
Constant communication with our partners about our clients wishes (BtoB)
Data entry on different softwares
Invoicing management
You are coming from Tourism or Business Studies
You have good customer relationship skills
You are organized and can work autonomously
You speak English and Spanish or Italian or German
An experience in the Travel Industry would be a plus
