We set up a US subsidiary in 2023, and with the expansion of our presence in North America, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team.

Le poste

As a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist at Verdot North America, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth in the downstream purification sector of the biopharma industry. This position involves a combination of administrative, analytical, and communication tasks to ensure seamless coordination between sales and marketing efforts. 

🔧 Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Coordination : 

    ✅ Engage in sales prospecting activities

    ✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of such activities and customer interactions.

    ✅ Assist the sales team in supporting client accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.

    ✅ Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  2. Marketing Support : 

    ✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.  

    ✅ Manage the distribution of marketing materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines. 

    ✅ Assist in organizing and coordinating events, scientific conferences, and other marketing initiatives. 

  3. Data Analysis : 

    ✅ Compile, analyze and report quarterly on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends. 

    ✅ Generate monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 

  4. Costumer Engagement : 

    ✅ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

    ✅ Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product/service offerings.

  5. Communication : 

    ✅ Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients 

    ✅ Draft and edit written materials such as emails, proposals, and presentations tailored to the biopharma industry.

  6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : 

    ✅ Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system management – identify and propose ways to streamline interactions

    ✅ Customize CRM to capture relevant information about clients, integrate it with other tools, and provide comprehensive training to the team.

    ✅ Utilize CRM capabilities for customer segmentation, process automation, and sales metrics reporting

  7. Digital Media :

    ✅ Create, manage and post content at regular intervals to maintain a strong social media presence.

    ✅ Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts and articles showcasing Verdot’s expertise.

    ✅ Implement targeted email campaigns integrated with our CRM.

    ✅ Host webinars and virtual events to showcase Verdot’s product portfolio

    ✅ Manage our targeted online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

📌Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

📌Demonstrable experience in sales and/or marketing roles within the biopharma or comparable industry; Biopharma or downstream process knowledge and experience is a plus.

📌Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

📌Ability to work independently, take the initiative to drive long term projects, and provide regular reports to management team.

📌Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. 

📌 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Adobe InDesign, and other digital media tools.

During your VIE mission, you will receive a flat-rate maintenance allowance exempt from income tax in France estimated at 4094.82 net. This amount is not negotiable.
