As a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist at Verdot North America, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth in the downstream purification sector of the biopharma industry. This position involves a combination of administrative, analytical, and communication tasks to ensure seamless coordination between sales and marketing efforts.
🔧 Responsibilities :
Sales Coordination :
✅ Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, compiling quotes and proposals, processing orders, and coordinating on-time delivery of products/services.
✅ Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
✅ Engage in sales prospecting activities and qualification of incoming leads.
Marketing Support :
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
✅ Enhance digital media presence – LinkedIn posting, etc.
✅ Manage the distribution of marketing materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
✅ Assist in organizing and coordinating events, scientific conferences, and other marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis :
✅ Compile, analyze and report quarterly on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
✅ Generate monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Communication :
✅ Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients
✅ Support the development of written materials such as proposals and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
✅ Participate in the selection and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline interactions with clients and manage sales leads; develop standard ways of working and training materials for new employee onboarding
Qualifications :
📌Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
📌Experience in sales or marketing support in a healthcare or relevant technical field. Biopharma experience is a plus.
📌Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
📌Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
📌 Fluency in English
