The company
Our client, an industrial company specialised in the energy sector, is looking for a Sales Developer for its German market. It is a full-remote role but based in Germany because this job requires to go regularly on business trips all around Germany.
Job description
Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, your mission will be to develop sales in the German Market. For that, you will:
Promote the company's products to the sales representatives team
Implement your own sales strategy : mapping, market identification etc.
Visit the targeted customers and prospects of the German territory
Carry out technical and commercial offers independently or with the support of the tendering team
Manage your customers’ & key accounts’ business from start to end

Full-remote : based either in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
Salary package : 70-75K€ / year base salary + 10% performance bonuses

Your profile
At least 3-4 years of experience in a Sales role : Business Developer, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer etc.
Experience in Sales for an industrial company, ideally in a technical sector like energy, electrical, electronics etc.
You like new challenges and are results-oriented
Ability to work independently, to be organized, to be entreprising
Fluent in English and Bilingual in German
