In a growth context, they are looking for their next Sales Development Representative Manager, based in Madrid.
Descriptif du poste
Reporting to the VP of Sales, your role is to lead and scale an SDR team to drive qualified pipeline through consistent inbound and outbound activities. To do so, your main missions are :
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing inbound SDR and outbound BDR team
Set goals and monitor KPIs (pipeline, meetings, conversion rates)
Design and optimize inbound/outbound strategies and messaging by market and customer segment
Ensure strong ICP discipline
Align closely with Sales and Marketing for account targeting, value propositions and campaigns support
Manage playbooks, qualification standards, best practices, messaging templates and ensure CRM discipline
Forecast pipeline contribution and implement corrective actions where needed
Support onboarding and continuous skill development
Drive pipeline targets with focus on outbound opportunities
Manage multi-market coverage across French, Spanish, and English regions
Foster team growth into future sales leaders
Salary package : 65K€-70K€ base / year + 15K€ performance-based bonuses
Who we are looking for :
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales development, with significant hands-on outbound experience
at least 1-2 years of experience in team management
Fluent French, Spanish and English is mandatory (professional level)
Highly data-driven, with strong CRM and reporting discipline
Leadership, challenge-driven, and positivity are required
