Job description

As a Sales Enablement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance and productivity of our sales team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations you will work on developing and implementing strategies, tools, and training programs to equip our revenue organization with the knowledge and resources needed to excel.

You'll be in charge of:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment with overall revenue enablement strategies.

  • Create and curate engaging training content, including presentations, playbooks, videos, and sales collateral, to enhance sales team performance and product knowledge.

  • Work closely with product managers, marketing, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible sales pitches.

  • Develop and implement assessment initiatives, ensuring team-wide comprehension and effective application of playbooks and processes.

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops in both French and English to onboard new sales representatives and continuously upskill the existing team.

  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales resources, competitive intelligence, and market trends to empower sales professionals in their conversations with clients.

  • Lead the development of onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and efficient integration into the team.

  • Provide the sales leadership with valuable perspectives on how enablement resources are being used and their impact, integrating input from sales teams. Utilize this input to continuously improve programs, with the goal of enhancing both sales efficiency and performance.


You will have at least a sales background preferred early in career, as an account manager, sales team leader, sales manager, or other related functions.
You have an experience in Sales enablement, sales coach or sales trainer role (mandatory) , preferable in a SaaS environment.

You are fluent in spoken and written English !
