Job description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, providing technical expertise, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met with the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing industry

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization of solutions

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategy

  • Prepare and present technical proposals and product demonstrations

Profile

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experience in technical sales, ideally in the manufacturing sector

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Fluent in English & French; additional languages are a plus
