As part of its commercial growth, Centrimex Ghana is looking for a Sales Executive (M/F) to manage and expand its client portfolio while ensuring the seriousness, profitability, and professionalism of the business relationship.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a central role in driving commercial activity within your portfolio, in close collaboration with the operations and customer service/administration teams.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Sales activity
Conduct active prospecting in line with the priorities set out in the sales action plan;
Convert prospects into long-term clients through personalized and regular follow-up;
Secure and develop existing traffic flows;
Work with the pricing team to offer the best rate proposals;
Follow up, negotiate, close offers, and report results;
Identify market opportunities, anticipate client needs, and build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers;
Monitor competitors and maintain a strong understanding of market and industry trends.
Administrative follow-up and coordination
Liaise with the customer service/administration team to ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction;
Monitor contractual documents, potential disputes, and files involving the legal team when required;
Produce visit reports, prospect sheets, and sales reporting within agreed deadlines;
Contribute to the Africa traffic analysis sent every two months by the customer service/administration team.

You will work in a human-sized organization where interactions between sales, pricing, customer service/administration, and operations teams are part of daily business.
You will enjoy autonomy in managing your accounts while benefiting from the support of a hands-on commercial management team.
Still with us? Great. Here is what we are looking for:
You have at least 2 years of continuous experience in an import/export sales role, ideally within a freight forwarding company;
You are comfortable working in an international environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
You have a strong command of sales techniques, understand logistics challenges, and know how to tailor your pitch to each type of client;
You are proficient in standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and are rigorous in your follow-up;
You have a hunter mindset, are proactive, well-organized, and results-driven.
What Centrimex
A permanent position based in Accra;
Compensation based on profile, paid over 13 months, plus performance-related bonuses.
