Join Centrimex as an Outside Sales Executive on a local contract in Shenzhen, China.
As we scale our China–Africa and French-speaking Europe trade lanes, you will report to the Sales Director and contribute to new logo acquisition, profitable growth, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new opportunities with focus on Africa and France/Belgium/Italy.
Represent Centrimex at trade shows, events, fairs, and client meetings.
Qualify leads through cold calling, convert prospects, and sign new customers.
Conduct regular visits with prospects and active customers.
Define transport routings with the Pricing team by commodity, cost, transit time, and security (ocean and air, import and export).
Achieve monthly and annual growth targets.
Log all sales activities in the CRM (meetings, notes, opportunities, leads).
Execute any management-assigned actions aligned to the sales strategy.
About the team
You join the China Sales organization, reporting to the China Sales Director. The team operates in tight loop with Pricing, Operations, and overseas counterparts to build door-to-door solutions. The environment values autonomy, rigor, and collaboration, with CRM discipline, weekly pipeline reviews, and continuous offer alignment. Headcount, structure, and exact location to be confirmed.
Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in business, logistics, or supply chain.
2–3 years in 3PL/freight forwarding, ideally with a book in Africa and/or France/Belgium/Italy.
Strong ocean/air fundamentals across import and export.
Customer-oriented, self-directed, effective team player with professional conduct.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, spoken and written; French or another language is a plus.
What we offer
Position based in Shenzhen, China.
Compensation per profile on a 13-month basis + bonus.
