Job description

Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the chemical industry? Do you have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships?

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company's presence.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the chemical industry.

- Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel
