As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Sales Officer to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Noblesville an ideal destination to experience world-class tennis and padel in the heart of the Midwest.
About the Role
As Sales Officer, you will be the first person prospective members talk to and the person who turns their interest into membership. You will manage enquiries from the first call or WhatsApp message through tours, trials, and enrollment. You will also help existing members get the most from the club. You will report to the Center Director and work closely with our coaching and reception teams. You will have a direct impact on the center's growth and revenue.
Roles and Responsabilities
Act as the main point of contact for prospective members by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
Respond quickly and professionally to enquiries about memberships, programs, and pricing
Turn enquiries, trials, and tours into memberships and program enrollments
Present membership plans, coaching programs, camps, and services clearly and accurately
Find upsell opportunities with existing members, such as private lessons, clinics, camps, events, and retail
Follow up on trials, open enquiries, and expired leads
Process membership contracts, paperwork, and payment set-up
Coordinate trial sessions and tours with coaching and operations staff
Keep lead records up to date in our CRM and booking system
Support member retention by flagging at-risk members and coordinating win-back offers
Track sales activity and prepare regular performance reports
Share local market insights, including competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends
Help build and improve sales processes across the team
2+ years of successful experience in sales, membership sales, hospitality, or customer service. A sports or fitness club background is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A natural ability to convert enquiries into sales while keeping service quality high
Strong organization and attention to detail, especially with contracts and payments
The ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when it's busy
Flexibility with schedules and changing priorities
A positive, team-first attitude and openness to feedback
An interest in tennis or racquet sports is a strong plus
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
