Nous recrutons Sales Operations Management Analyst pour l'un de nos partenaires dans le secteur de la Télécommunication.
Responsible for pipeline governance, sales analytics, forecasting, presales performance management, CRM data quality, and departmental reporting to support sales growth and decision intelligence, reporting to Performance Manager within the VB Commercial division.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Management & Governance
- Monitor sales pipeline health
- Track conversion, aging and stage progression
- Lead pipeline review meetings
- Identify revenue risks and dormant opportunities
2. Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Develop Power BI dashboards
- Analyze funnel KPIs and win rates
- Produce executive reports and insights
3. Forecasting & Revenue Assurance
- Support forecasts and revenue projections
- Assess forecast accuracy
- Develop scenario models
4. Presales Performance Management
- Track proposal turnaround times
- Measure technical win rates
- Identify process bottlenecks
5. Data Quality & CRM
- Ensure CRM data integrity
- Conduct audits and cleansing

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related field. • 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations, B2B Commercial Performance. • Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce/Dynamics CRM. • Strong analytical, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.
