Job description

The role of the sales development representative is the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.

  • Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team using three main levers: via companies requesting a demo directly on the website, via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing through the work of the digital marketing specialist
  • Understanding the needs of the prospects related to internal communication, how they are structured and how to provide them solutions
  • Analysing and understanding the german companies way of work
  • Relying on the upstream work of the digital marketing specialist to contact companies over the phone
  • Identifying how the company communicates with its employees and highlighting the issues related to internal communication
  • Introduce to the prospects the solutions provided by our client
  • Facilitating the work of sales representatives by setting up demo appointments to reduce the sales cycle


  • Excellent communication skills on the phone
  • Good listener and analytic skills
  • Mother tongue German and fluent in a second language French and/ or English
  • Able to take initiatives


  • A first experience in sales
