We are hiring a Sales Operations & Renewal Specialist to help scale our go-to-market execution.
This is a key operational position at the center of our commercial engine, ensuring the sales team can operate efficiently and deals move smoothly from quote to contract.
You will support the full sales lifecycle by managing quotes, coordinating invoices, handling license delivery, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting partner transactions. You will also play an active role in managing renewals - ensuring upcoming contracts are tracked early, quoted accurately, and closed on time.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with Customer Success and Finance. This role is ideal for a structured and disciplined operator who enjoys owning processes, staying on top of details, and helping revenue teams execute efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Deal Coordination:
Prepare quotes and coordinate invoice generation
Manage license delivery and order processing
Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking
Support partner and reseller deal coordination when applicable
Renewal & Expansion Management:
Maintain a forward-looking renewal calendar and proactively track upcoming renewals
Prepare renewal and expansion quotes in coordination with Sales
Coordinate with customer and reseller procurement teams for contract processing
Help ensure renewals and extensions close smoothly and on schedule
CRM & Reporting Discipline:
Maintain CRM data accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Support sales reporting and KPI tracking
Monitor pipeline coverage and forecast inputs
Process & Continuous Improvement:
Identify friction points in the sales and renewal lifecycle
Improve operational workflows across quoting, renewals, and CRM management
Help standardize documentation and internal processes
Contribute to building a scalable and predictable revenue engine
Experience:
3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or similar commercial operations roles
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Comfortable working with revenue data, pipelines, and performance metrics
