Senior Crowd Modeller & Crowd Management Consultant

Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

Design, simulate, and validate crowd management strategies for both normal and emergency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capacity assessment and verification across hubs and park zones.

• Conduct crowd simulations using industry recognized software.

• Identify pinch points/heat maps and advise on mitigation measures.

• Develop evacuation and flow models for peak and emergency conditions.

• Integrate crowd planning with transport/traffic management.

EDUCATION:

• MSc Crowd Science or similar.

• Proficiency with crowd simulation software (e.g., Mass Motion, Legion).

• Membership of recognized safety/crowd management institutes.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in crowd dynamics, modelling, and event safety.

• Proven experience delivering mega-event crowd planning in GCC.

• Hands-on experience with evacuation modelling and testing.

• KSA experience a must
