Senior Emergency Planning Manager

ENDENA Consulting is our newest business unit, created to support our clients in theMiddle East and Asia by providing highly qualified engineers and consultants throughsecondment and project-based missions. Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

Develop and oversee emergency preparedness and response frameworks, ensuring resilience to risks across KSP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of Evacuation & Emergency Action Plans.

• Coordinate drills and full-scale simulations with Civil Defense and responders.

• Manage VOC/EOC readiness and operations.

• Monitor risks and lead incident investigations.

EDUCATION:
• CSyP or similar.
• Accredited training in emergency/crisis management.

• Certification in risk, crisis, or business continuity planning (e.g., ISO 22301).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years’ experience in emergency planning for megaevents or national

infrastructure.

• Proven collaboration with Civil Defense and emergency agencies in GCC.

• KSA experience a must.
