Our ambition is to turn our clients into Media Owners by scaling up tools, messages, services & audience interactions.
Since 2013 our sole focus has been to deliver solutions that help brands speed up their engagement strategy transformation for workforces (improving employee engagement thanks to internal communication) and clients (driving sales thanks to in-store communication).
We started with offline communication on screens placed in offices or in stores (Digital Signage) and recently increased the reach of their communications, adding an online layer to our customers.
We have been experiencing great growth both internally and externally after raising €2.5M in 2017 and acquired in 2023 a company specialized in the video creation to improve our creation module as well as our service capacity to continue helping our customers solve their problems via software AND service approach.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our technical team. You will be a key player in evolving our core product, intervening in the most complex technical aspects while ensuring the robustness of our existing systems.
As a senior member of the team, you will not only ship high-quality code but also act as a mentor, helping to elevate the collective technical level of the engineering department.

DEVELOP NEW FEATURES & CORE MAINTENANCE - 60%
Develop new, high-impact features using Golang and React
Intervene in the most complex architectural and technical layers of the product
Maintain existing systems and ensure rapid bug resolution to provide a seamless user experience
TECHNICAL DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE - 20%
Participate actively in the technical design of the VPM product
Be a "force de proposition" by suggesting innovative technical solutions and architectural improvements
Navigate legacy code to rewrite and improve it while maintaining a functional revenue-generating product

Co-mentor a Junior Developer to ensure skill development

Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
Golang: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience with Golang
Strong Back-dev skill: Mastery of strongly typed languages such as Go, Java, Rust, or C#
Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience developing on AWS

Autonomy & Proactivity: You have the drive to own your subjects without adding "weight" to the team, knowing when to ask questions and when to lead

A Level 7 (Master’s) degree in Computer Science
