Senior HSE Consultant

ENDENA Consulting is our newest business unit, created to support our clients in theMiddle East and Asia by providing highly qualified engineers and consultants throughsecondment and project-based missions. Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

Lead support on the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy for King Salman Park Phases 1a Provide governance, deliver compliance frameworks, and align operations with national legislation and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the Integrated QHSE Management System (IMS)

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and KSA labor laws.

• Provide strategic HSE oversight across BAU operations.

• Establish and manage governance, reporting, and escalation processes.

• Engage government authorities, Civil Defense, and KSPF stakeholders

• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or Level 6 equivalent).

• Advanced HSE

Qualifications

(postgraduate preferred).

• Level 5 Award in Crowd Safety

Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE at large-scale public venues or mega-events.

• Significant track record in GCC regulatory environments.

• Demonstrated leadership in implementing ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 frameworks.

• KSA experience a must.
