Job Description:

As the Senior ICT Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge ICT infrastructure and systems for our clients in the Middle East. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in ICT engineering and a passion for driving technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust ICT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management systems.

• Lead the development and execution of ICT projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of ICT solutions.

• Conduct regular assessments of existing ICT systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in ICT engineering.

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to procure necessary ICT resources and services.

• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect ICT systems from threats and vulnerabilities.

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize ICT systems and tools.

• Monitor and analyze ICT performance metrics to optimize system efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ICT solutions with other business processes and systems.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex ICT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience in working on large-scale projects in the Middle East or similar regions is highly desirable.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
