Our partner is a growing industrial player, actively involved in a major, long-term, structuring project. As part of an exclusive partnership, we are looking for an experienced Senior Scheduler M/F  able to manage and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinate project execution, and ensure all milestones and contractual requirements are met.

Job description

  • Develop, manage, and optimize integrated schedules (production, projects, shutdowns, etc.) aligned with delivery objectives, key contractual milestones, client requirements, and available resources.

  • Monitor the progress of main schedules, ensure their regular updates, and maintain coherence between contractual milestones, execution phases, and operational constraints.

  • Analyze planning variances, anticipate risk of delays, recommend corrective actions, and actively participate in mitigating conflicts or bottlenecks.

  • Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth sequencing of operations and availability of resources (materials, labour, equipment).

  • Maintain proactive communication of schedule changes and modifications to all internal and external stakeholders, and produce performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with standardized best practices in planning and internal processes.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of tools and processes related to operational planning.

Profile

  • University degree, engineering, or advanced technical training in engineering or a related field.

  • Experience in planning and schedule management on major industrial projects (energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, or related sector).

  • Advanced proficiency with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

  • In-depth knowledge of recognized project management frameworks and principles: development of master schedules, structuring timelines, and tracking overall project performance (earned value management, progress indicators, reporting).

  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to documentation detail, and the ability to work in environments with high operational standards.

  • Strong working proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, facilitating communication within teams and with various partners.
