Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager – Construction (Onsite) at ENDENA Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. With a minimum of 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

• Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

• Proven experience in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and closure.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, as well as local building codes and regulations in the Middle East and Asia.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages in the Middle East and Asia is a plus.
