We are seeking a meticulous Senior QA Manager to join the software development team of my client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the quality and functionality of the applications through systematic testing and analysis. The QA Tester will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that softwares meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to identify and report any defects, bugs, or inconsistencies.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate the functionality and performance of software products.

• Perform both manual and automated testing procedures to validate software functionality, usability, and reliability.

• In charge of automated testing and develop test scripts

• Proficiently use IDEs for test script development and debugging.

• Document and track issues, bugs, and enhancement requests using GitLab or similar bug tracking tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

• Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team and other stakeholders regarding the quality and performance of software products.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably in a professional software development environment.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in using GitLab or similar bug tracking tools for issue documentation and tracking.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a cross-functional team.

Bonus point:

· Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
