Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020, supported by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner and more accessible mobility for all.

🔋 We are proud to manufacture, in our Billy-Berclau Gigafactory, the batteries that already power several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, DS N°8, Citroën C5 AirCross, and Jeep Compass).

Since 2023, Block 1 of our Billy-Berclau / Douvrin Gigafactory has entered production. This first block marks a decisive milestone in the site’s history: after the launch of the first production lines, we are now engaged in a ramp-up phase—an essential step toward reaching full industrial capacity.

This period is marked by major technical and human challenges: ensuring process reliability, optimizing performance, strengthening skills, and embedding a culture of operational excellence.

Overall job definition:

ACC is implementing and deploying its supply chain information systems in the gigafactory at Billy-Berclau Douvrin.

In close collaboration with the IS Corporate Applications Manager, ensure the deployment of ACC supply chain information systems in the global supply chain area.

Main missions:

• Get requirements from business and key users;

• Write specifications;

• Ensure alignment with ACC global digital landscape;

• Ensure the test and deployment of software and interfaces;

• Ensure the management of evolutions;

• Respect project deadlines;

• Respect quality criteria;

• Participate in functional support;

• Ensure user documentation with the key users;

• Ensure the training of end users;

• Ensure all the internal & external relationships described above.

• ERP + Business Intelligence skills

• Business skills related to digital continuity throughout industrial flows and tools:

  • R&D (PLM),

  • Quality (LIMS),

  • Purchasing (SRM),

  • Planning (APS),

  • Supply-Chain (WMS),

  • Finance & costing (EPM).

• Experience on automotive industry standards: ISA95, APICS, EDI (EDIFACT, VDA)

• Databases, softwares & interfaces engineering principles

• Project management principles

Experience:

• 15 years experience, in both supply-chain and IS/IT areas

Diploma & Qualifications:

• Bac+5

• English mastered
