You will join a high-impact cybersecurity environment where service quality, performance, and stakeholder alignment are critical. The role sits at the core of service governance, ensuring that cybersecurity services are delivered effectively across a complex, multi-site and hybrid infrastructure.
This is not a a mere technical delivery role, you will combine service leadership, stakeholder management, and operational oversight in a highly regulated, international environment to ensure performance and client satisfaction. This role is suited for experienced professionals who have operated in high-stakes environments and are comfortable taking ownership of service delivery and client relationships.

As Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager, you will own and drive the delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring alignment with business expectations, contractual commitments, and operational performance targets. You will coordinate efforts across teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in line with agreed standards.
You will:
Lead the service delivery framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring service performance and quality
Act as SPOC for service delivery, managing client expectations and stakeholder relationships
Facilitate service reviews with stakeholders, providing insights on performance and improvements
Oversee budget, forecasting, and financial aspects of service delivery
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve service efficiency
Ensure resolution of service delivery issues and operational blockers
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Translate technical service performance into business value and insights
Experience / Education / Certification Requirements
Proven experience leading or managing service delivery within complex, large-scale environments
Experience managing cybersecurity or IT services in a client-facing context
Previous exposure to EU institutions or regulated environments is a plus
A degree in a relevant field is considered an asset
At least one project or service management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong command of English, French and/or Italian are assets
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL or similar)
Understanding of cybersecurity operations and governance
Ability to translate technical performance into business outcomes
Experience with SLA/KPI management and reporting
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments
