Role description:

The scope: negotiating contracts and the acquisition of ground / rooftop locations.

Responsible for handling all financial/ administrative / commercial aspects of the acquisition of sites to build mobile antenna sites.

Required skills:

- Basic understanding of mobile network deployment activities (more specifically on the site building and site property aspects)

- Understand and interpret site renting agreements with building owners

- Handle the commercial negotiations with property owners

- Very good negotiation skills or willing to develop them

- Coordinate and follow up on action points

- English mandatory. English + French for Belgium and English + Dutch for Netherland and Belgium.
