Site Manager

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors. 

Through our 14 locations in France and abroad, our 800 employees are all driven by a common passion: design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity, while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint. 

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Site Manager to join our Datacenter team in Greece.

You will be responsible for the operational management of construction works.
More specifically, your main duties will include:

• Monitoring the proper execution of works;

• Identifying and resolving issues encountered on site or escalating them to management when necessary;

• Coordinating concurrent activities and supervising subcontractors and suppliers;

• Actively contributing to the smooth progress of operations to project delivery;

• Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations on site.

With a technical background, you have up to 5 years of experience managing industrial buildings construction sites.

You have developed solid knowledge enabling you to effectively monitor projects in support of our internal teams and subcontracting companies.

You demonstrate a strong technical interest and a strong commitment to safety matters.

Proactive, autonomous and organized, your strong interpersonal skills enable you to enjoy multicultural teamwork. 

Greek and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
