Today Winalist has partnered with around 1,500 wineries and offers 3000+ experiences in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and in the US.

Job description

By taking part in an internship at Winalist, you will work on those different topics

Community Management

  • Engage & Grow the Community: Develop and execute strategies to grow an active and engaged community across platforms such as social media, forums, and other digital channels.

  • Content Moderation: Oversee community interaction, moderate discussions, and manage feedback loops to ensure a positive and respectful environment.

  • Advocacy Development: Identify and nurture community ambassadors and influencers to help promote the brand's values and messages.

Content Creation & Management

  • Content Strategy Development: Manage the content strategy execution and community contribution for the media platform

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce a range of content, from blog posts and case studies to social media posts, ensuring a consistent tone and high engagement.

  • Content Curation: Source, curate, and share user-generated content (UGC) to enhance community engagement and authenticity.

  • Editorial Calendar: Manage the editorial calendar, planning and scheduling content in line with product launches, campaigns, and community trends.

  • Collaborations: Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) and external stakeholders (e.g., influencers, partners) to create collaborative content that aligns with business objectives.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor content and community engagement metrics, providing regular reports on performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.

  • Continuous Optimization: Use data insights to refine content strategies, optimize for engagement, and increase the impact of community initiatives.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve in community building and content creation.

  • You are perfectly English speaking,
